Some services (eg. social media content creation) will be outsourced to a trusted partner/agency of your choosing.
How it works
1. Introduction
It starts with a chemistry call – are we the right fit for each other? Marketing consultation often requires sharing your aspirations and problems, so we must trust and understand each other.
It’s important to see how you feel before doing anything.
2. Consultation
If you want to move to the next step, you will receive an initial estimate so that you have an indication of costs.
If you like the initial estimate, we’ll have an in-depth meeting to delve into your objectives, challenges, resource, clients and risks.
This is completely free of charge and is typically 1-2 hours.
3. Diagnosis
Following an in-depth meeting, you will be prepared a scope of work document that outlines more detailed costs and expected time frames based on your unique requirements.
If you are happy to proceed, we then start the audit, research and diagnosis of your situation to get the right solution and fit for your business.
And from there, planning, implementation and tracking.

Yours is a relationship business and people are emotional, not rational.

We are wired for ‘the now’ and certainty, which is not what financial advice offers. We also need reptition and familiarity. This can make our job to convince someone to pay for financial advice very difficult. (Especially when marketing can become ad hoc.)
The mistake
If you just fire out ‘product advertising’ with the hope of more leads, it’s unlikely to get much return on your investment.
The opportunity
We must consider what emotional drivers your clients and ideal clients actually respond to. We need to be thoughtful and deliberate in our actions.
